1. How do I purchase items from this website?
   Simply click on the song title / item that you want to purchase and a sales pop-up window will appear with further instructions.
   You will be asked to choose your country, phone company and handset model to make sure that the item is compatible before you make the payment.

2. How much does each item cost?
   This depends on the item, method of payment and the country you are from. Simply follow instruction #1 above and a list of payment methods along with the cost and how to make the payment will be displayed.

3. What payment methods are available? What if I don't have a Credit Card?
   You can easily make payments by phone or by sending us an SMS text message. The cost of the phone call or SMS will then be considered as the payment for the product.

4. Are there any hidden costs or subscription?
   We are aware that many of our competitors do their business by pretending to offer seemingly lower prices or even free ringtones, logos, etc - and then quietly adding you to their premium subscription, regularly sending you things you never ask for and worst of all charging you for them!
   
   THIS IS NOT HOW WE DO OUR BUSINESS.
   
   Once you have chosen the item you like, the price we show you is all you need to pay to get the item. No obscure, unnoticeable "terms and conditions" that trick you into agreeing on something you wouldn't want to.

5. Can I preview the ringtones first?
   Yes. To do this, simply click on the headphone icon next to the ringtone and the tune will then play automatically on your computer. Make sure your speaker is turned on. If your internet connetion is slow, it may take few seconds for the ringtone to start. To stop playing the preview simply click on the same headphone again.

6. I've paid for my item but it hasn't been delivered to my mobile phone! What should I do?
   
   • Most of the time your item should arrive instantly. But sometimes orders that are delivered via SMS can take up to 24 hours if there is local network congestion.
   • If you are downloading via WAP, your WAP connection may not have succeeded the first time. Try again.
   • Check that you have a signal on your phone. If you haven't got a signal or if the reception is weak, your phone will have problem downloading.
   If all the above doesn't apply to you, fill in our Online Support Form and we will investigate the issue. Make sure you specify your phone make and model, country you are in, mobile phone number and the order PIN number that you get after you make the payment.

7. I tried to order, but my make / model of phone is not in the dropdown list. Can I still place an order?
   Unfortunately if your phone is not in the list, it is most probably NOT compatible with the item. If your phone is identified as generally compatible with the product type HERE, the item that you chose may be created specific for certain phones only. Please find a different one.
